A nice building in a great position Very easy to use as a base to explore Folkestone. We had 2 rooms one huge and one tiny which was bit of a squeeze

Really enjoyable stay for our 26th wedding anniversary. Hotel has been recently completely refurbished and every surface is clean as a whistle. Super room with Nespresso coffee machine and marge brand new TV and huge bathroom Breakfast was way about average.
I would call this a 5 star experince rather than 4 star.

Polite staff, nice hotel but overbooked.
Staff were polite and welcoming. Unfortunately our room was double booked due to a large party, I paid for a premium king but was downgraded. Breakfast was offered as compensation, which we accepted because we were not told until we arrived to check in and it was very busy so we didn’t kick up a fuss.
I do feel we were at a loss, as it was very overpriced for an average buffet and we wouldn’t have chosen this.
Hotel was clean, bar was stocked.
