Reception was good. Breakfast looked average, just had coffee. Lost tv reception, front office wouldn't answer phone. Went to office was told no tv because of storm. After about an hour still no tv, but our friends had tv in their room. Finally some one came to room and rebooted tv, got service.

Airport pick up at 1100 oclock cost a $35.00 they said they will pick up from O'Hara Airport at 3:00 but that was at 4:00. The management said it was traffice issues but they only 9 mins away. Sure . 5hours from flight to ill room. Not great service at all

A very run down hotel, never Best Western Plus standard Most critically, the hotel “shuttle” is not a shuttle bus. It is a 6 seated small SUV and can take only a few passengers plus bags at a time. Which is useless if traveling in a group Avoid, plenty of better options around O’Hare

Most importantly, as soon as I walked into this hotel, the chemical smell from a cleaner was way too powerful. There was a large mop, bucket, right to the right of the front door unattended. I’m an asthmatic, and I was struggling from having an issue due to the odor. The odor in the room wasn’t as strong, but it was the same chemical smell. It bothered me while I tried to sleep. And as far as the rooms go, they need a facelift. I’m not sure, it’s probably just me, but the colors were very depressing.
