I booked the wrong hotel due to location as i should have booked the novotel in the city and sadly the reception staff didn't want to help with that. The hotelmots self was lovely, nice modern clean room with nice toiletries, rituals and a nspresso machine. Pool with steam room and sauna is nice but you need to take £1 for the lockers

Everything was great once the room issue had been sorted. I had had confirmation that the room would have a shower and not a shower over the bath, I then double checked upon check in and was told yes it was a walk in shower only to get up there with my luggage and disabled husband to see it was a bath with a shower which resulted in us going back down to reception and having to change rooms.
