I booked a suite on the top floor. It was well worth the extra cost. Large room, nice bed, and quiet. They gave me a late check out for a small extra charge. Great location within a short walk to the gondola and the Costanera mall.

Comfortable hotel in the centre of STC. Very friendly staff and comfy beds. For a four star hotel, I was however very disappointed of major elements: - the AC in the room is extremely loud; - the gym is very small: you cannot even stretch your legs or use the Swiss balls in it; - my room being above the gym, I was very upset to be woken up at 6am by the noise of someone running on the treadmill.

Hotel in need of a full renovation. The TV never worked in the first room, so they moved me to a new one, but this one had a problem with a leak in the sink which flooded the entire bathroom. They managed to solve the problem at the end.
