We loved the hotel, the location, the staff! It was so kid friendly, my daughter loved the stuff cat, child robe and slippers. Paddigton was live at the hotel, we chose to see Matilda on West End, and it was an easy and lovely walk. We would definitely stay there again when we are back in London.

Incredible property with one of the best hotel staffs we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. Fabulous location, afternoon tea was wonderful and the Gordon Ramsey restaurants did not disappoint. Again, the hotel staff were the heroes of our stay! We will most definitely be back!
