I love this hotel. I've been going regularly for the last 12 years and it's always a real treat. The staff are so friendly, the decor is fabulous with antique furniture and lush velvet drapes, smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels for breakfast are really tasty, and the location if perfect.

I absolutely cannot wait to stay here again. It is absolutely stunning and the staff is so friendly.. the beds were comfortable and the bathtub was the perfect thing to come home to after a long day of walking in the city. The little lounge areas sporadically placed along the ground floor were also beautiful and made the stay feel more home-y. We also love a property that includes a friendly cat.. haha ;)

Clean, cozy, with olde English charm. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Quiet at night. The soaking bath was fabulous and luxurious. Get a reservation at nearby Bouchon Racine for a fancy French meal while you are here. About a 30-40 min walk to main attractions like Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, but the advantage is that you get to stay out of the large tourist crowds.
