Perfect location to watch to Fundy Bay tides roll in an out of the Shubenacadie River as the B&B and right on the shore of the river. Short drive to Burntcoat Park to view the extreme tides and walk on the ocean floor at low tide and also the B&B was close to tours/tidal bore rafting trips. Warren our host could not have been more helpful with suggestions of what to see and do in the area. The breakfast was awesome. Our bedroom & bathroom was roomy & the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend for a quiet and convenient location to see the sites.

Peace, beauty, and fun chasing the tidal bore.
This place is magical! You could spend hours just sitting on the porch watching the changes in the tide, the sky, the color, the clouds, the eagles, etc. It is tranquil and relaxing. Warren is a congenial and knowledgeable host and the breakfast was good. Warren helped us map a route to follow the tidal bore around the area. We would not have know how to do this without his help. Maitland is a very small town but it is close to so many wonderful things and we loved just experiencing the beauty of the area. You won't regret a stay here if you need to recharge, reflect, and regroup. Peace, beauty, pause. It's all here at the apparent end of the world.
Hard to capture
One view from the porch.
