7 Sept 2026We were greeted warmly when we arrived. Our room was well appointed with a bowl of fruit and some chocolates. We had housekeepers in the morning and turned down service in the evenings. As a special surprise the bathroom floor was heated. The towels and bedding were very soft.
Unfortunately, a few days after check in our HVAC stopped working and we moved to another room.

13 Aug 2026Good - room upgrade at checkin, A/C in room was effective, comfortable bed, great bar, helpful staff. Could be better, discretionary room charge of £20 per night???? No shower gel, had to ask for the £50 Gold VIP food and beverage discount to be applied.

18 Mar 2026I had a wonderful stay at the The Kensington Hotel. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and made the entire experience feel special from start to finish.
The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. Room service was quick and delicious, and the bar had a cozy atmosphere with great cocktails.
The location in Kensington is perfect. Close to everything, but still peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

30 May 2026We had been planning this trip for several months and were advised by my sister, in no uncertain terms, that The Kensington should be our only and best choice. Her took her advice and could not have been happier. From our reception at the front desk, to our room, to the staff who looked out for our every need during our four day stay in London. Beyond just the hotel, the location was conveniently close to “the tube” station. Travel to the extraordinary museums, from the British Museum to the Maritime Museum in Greenwich was very easy. Our thanks to the Kensington Hotel and its excellent staff
