A great hotel at a favorable price. Love the central location, and it's only an 8-minute walk from Victoria Station—plenty of good coffee shops and restaurants in the immediate area. The staff is outstanding. I had a couple of unique problems after arriving from the States, and the staff went way above and beyond to help me resolve both—a really good place for the price.

This hotel was a great find. Our room was small, but I knew that when I booked it and it was exactly what we needed for a one night stay. My son loved the internal staircase down to the bathroom. The room and bathroom were clean. The window opened so we were able to have fresh air - helped by the fact our room looked over gardens behind the hotel. The staff we met were all very friendly and helpful (reception, bar and breakfast room staff). The continental breakfast had a good range of choices. The hotel was really well located for access to both Victoria station (buses and tubes) and Victoria Coach Station. We will definitely book here again in the future!

Nice location, nicely decorated. When we arrived we were given a room on the 3rd floor…. That sounds ok, but it’s actually 6 flights of stairs the last flight being closer to a ladder than a set of stairs. The elevator was out of order. We managed, huffing and puffing our way to the room. We mentioned to the staff that the stairs were either going kill us or turn us into athletes. The manager overheard and had us immediately moved to the first floor. Still two flights of stairs, but so much better! We appreciated her stepping in without having to ask. Breakfast was solid. Overall a good stay
