Lovely, small boutique hotel. Clean and well appointed. It is in a nice location, walkable to shopping and some good restaurants such as Harry’s Victoria. Staff are Lovely and very accommodating. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast in the dining room was very nice. Try the crumpet with avocado and poached egg. Bathroom is small. There’s really no place to put your essentials. Overall, I would return to this hotel and encourage others also.

I enjoyed the fresh breakfast in a lovely dining area, plenty of staff to always get what you need. Loved having a small, private bar area with comfortable seating. Ample sitting room to read, have cookies, enjoy the warm interior decor. Sadly the lift stopped working halfway through my stay.

The staff is outstanding. I had a couple of unique problems after arriving from the States, and the staff went way above and beyond to help me resolve both—a really good place for the price.
