Great hotel! Impressed with staff welcome and professionalism upon check-in. Facility and rooms are updated. I appreciated the space in the room and bathroom. Breakfast was super allowing you to nearly create a Full English breakfast or something else, so the options were top notch. Finally and most importantly, this hotel has a great location making exploring Central London or going to a West End show easy.

The room was small but fine…could have had some places to hang towels and such…the staff were amazing and so friendly and real…they were helpful and made staying there a pleasure..great breakfast and such an efficient crew making the breakfast happen for so many people. Will stay there again when we go to London.
