Excellent service! Great staff at front desk and also Claudia was lovely. Easy walk to the Black Friar tube station and very close to the Tate - London Eye etc. bathroom newly renovated - room was tiny. Glorious ac! Great breakfast. Super expensive but the most decent price hotel that we could find in a convient central location. Please fix your drink fridge! If you are an IHG member you are able to get a late check at till 2pm which was great on our day of flying.

Clean, business-friendly environment. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. The riverside is easily accessible, and I went jogging almost every day during my stay. The tube station is a bit far, but still within a reasonable distance. Borough Market is also within walking distance!
