I usually choose Holiday Inn because of the free breakfast, and this time was also a very good choice. The location is very close to King’s College London, which was my business trip destination. It was very convenient.
I feel that Holiday Inn hotels are always well-managed above a certain level. The room was very clean and the bathroom was also neat. (One small thing: the toilet was a little high for a short person like me, but it was okay.) There were two double beds in the room, and they were wide and very comfortable for sleeping.
The best part was the kindness of the staff. When I checked in, I had a slightly complicated situation because I had to pay with both my personal card and corporate card. After I went back to my country, I found that one receipt was missing. I had some problems with my email to receive the invoice, so I had to contact the hotel three times to get it. Even though I contacted them many times, the staff were all very kind and helpful.
I am very happy with my stay and I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.
