Beware room 004 on Mezanine floor as it has secondary glazing and faces the busy street. The old external window frame is broken and therefore cannot be closed, so the room is very noisy with passing pedestrians and 24 hour traffic. We complained to reception but could not be moved until day two as the hotel was full. Staff were helpful for our remaining nights.
