A very nice place to stay, and close to things to do and the underground. The windows were limited in their opening, which made the room terrible hot during the hot summer. Even during the night, when it was only 19°c the room felt like 30°c. The fan provided for the room helped a bit, but not being able to open the windows fully made it very hard to get fresh air in to get ventilated around the room.

Location is ideal with plenty of choices to eat in the area. There are also a couple of convenience stores nearby. We stayed in room 12. The room was very clean and adequate for our needs. We stayed during the heatwave but the staff provided an extra fan upon request. One gripe is that the wall attachment for the shower head was not adjustable which meant that the shower head had to be held in one hand whilst taking a shower. If placed on the wall, it was impossible to use as the water sprayed high against the top of the cubicle

The staff was excellent and helpful when our initial room was 7 floors up with no elevator. They were very helpful when they found us a room in the Phoenix, their primary hotel next door . The room there was excellent. This hotel has a lift and the breakfast room is in this building. Please note neither have air conditioning or a small bar fridge which would be nice to store some water bottles cold. The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to the underground and restaurants .
