Room was clean and had a kettle with teabags and coffee sachets. It is close to a lot of shops and restaurants. We went to a lovely cafe called Charlie’s kitchen (I believe) which was lovely. It is a 5 min or less walk to the bayswater tube station and another minute to Queensway tube station from there. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff were really friendly. Desk is open 24 hours.

So close to 2 tube stations for accessing all the attractions. There are lots of shopping options including Sainsburys, Tesco, cafes & bars right on the doorstep.

The room was clean, a little bit of dust on the surfaces but hardly. The bed was fine in terms of comfort, the mattress wasn’t great but it was manageable. The bathroom was compact but decent, the shower was good. The room was small but not claustrophobic. The service was friendly and welcoming, and security is good. It’s close to shops and tube stations. The breakfast is excellent. Overall, I’ve rated this very good.

Great location. Quiet, on a beautiful street opposite a small park/garden. M&S just a couple of blocks away. Good basic small hotel. Nothing fancy, but also nothing disturbing like many comparably priced hotels. Excellent value for the money. No lift. My single room was VERY small, and they were helpful in offering a larger one, but I decided to stay to be opposite the garden. Kind helpful staff.

Beautiful property in a quiet Neighborhood. Its a five minutes walking distance from restaurants, shops and the train station. The only downfall is our room was on the fifth floor (76 stairs to climb) and there is no elevator.

Small but neat and clean hotel, typical of London. Staff is helpful and friendly, location is close enough to get around. Only complain would be the lack of elevator - my room was located on the 3rd floor and had to climb up 5 flights of stairs - not easy with luggage.
