Perfect for our needs. I called to check the ground floor room was available for my octogenarian mother who struggles with stairs. It was and after booking via a third party app I called to confirm my request had been noted. It was. Room was perfect with easy access from the car park. Breakfast was excellent. Shame we couldn't stay to try the new Malaysian Tamil Street Food restaurant. Hopefully next time.

The staff was helpful and the breakfast was ok. It was quite good value for the price for the room. However, it was quite dirty mainly under the bed including some old socks lying there from supposedly previous guests in my room. Also I asked the reception at least once to tell the staff not to change my towels basically every day - and instead leave them for my entire stay of one week - but they kept putting in new towels. It is such a waste of consequent unnecessary bad impact on the environment.

I came down for work and this location was perfect distance to where I was working. Room was cozy and clean and had the basics i needed but was very warm. Parking was perfect, no issues parking. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However breakfast was a little disappointing. I had to pre order on arrival with no change for the 3 days I was there, however the food was excellent and hot. I would recommend for a short stay with a budget in mind like myself .

If you want breakfast you're asked to give a time and select your breakfast items. Everything comes hot and fresh. The cold breakfast bar isn't bad either. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and it was always nice to come back to a well-kept room after a full day of sightseeing in London. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The only downside was that the hotel did not have air conditioning, which made our stay a bit uncomfortable during the London heat wave while we were there. We were also disappointed that the location was not as advertised. When we booked, it indicated the hotel was about a 10-minute walk from Wembley Stadium, but that was not our experience. The hotel is outside central London, so getting to many of the city’s attractions required train rides or Uber trips, which added travel time and reduced the amount of time we had for sightseeing.
