Estadia normal como qualquer outro hotel. Hotel já teve período de mais cortesia com hóspedes. Funcionários da recepção acham que estão lhe fazendo um favor no atendimento ou seja péssimo atendimento gerente sempre fica escondido para não resolver problema de imediato. Ponto forte do hotel de frente ao shopping Morumbi e próximo estação de trem.

Surpreendeu pela qualidade!
O Hotel é agradável e muito bonito. O quarto é amplo e as cortinas blackout fizeram um excelente trabalho! A equipe do hotel é muito educada e prestativa. Ponto positivo também para o café da manhã com bastante variedade e tudo fresco! A piscina no entanto, só tem 1,30 mt² de profundidade, é razoável. No mais, só tenho elogios, vale muito a pena.
