The location of the hotel in Miami Beach is actually quite good, and breakfast was included, which is always appreciated. However, the breakfast was very limited — just bagels, cereal, and coffee or tea. We were quite shocked to find a large flying cockroach in our room, which forced us to change rooms. The second room had its own issues: the handheld shower hose didn’t work (only the overhead one did), and there were locked connecting doors to the neighboring room. Even though they were closed, we could clearly hear sounds from the other side. Street noise was also a problem due to poor window insulation. Overall, not the worst experience, but definitely not one I’d want to repeat.

While the hotel may not be the newest, it has a unique charm and character that make it truly special. What truly sets it apart is the incredible staff—friendly, welcoming, and always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel is impeccably clean, offers fair prices, and is in a fantastic location. This is probably the best hotel in Miami. All new, clean, excellent location. Free and excellent wines from 5 to 6. Breakfast included. Feliciano offers a great service, always helpful, at the reception desk and wherever necessary. We would stay again and I certainly recommend this wonderful hotel!

I booked a solo two night stay at The Landon. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Hotel is located in quiet neighborhood. Rooms are average, which was fine for a short stay. The hotel does not provide adequate parking. Housekeeping staff use a strong smelling chemical to clean the bathrooms and hotel lobby, which can be overwheming.

The property and location was great. Staff was extremely friendly and lots to do in the area. I would recommend they change the carpets and repair the holes in the hallway floors and elaborate a bit on their continental breakfast, but all in all it was a great place to stay.

Great location for price. Interior room was a little dark, mirror and bathroom towels were small. Tv was sideways from the bed so not the best for watching tv in bed. Staff was great, entrance is cute. Nice, but a bit dingy for 4-stars. Meets expectations for 3 stars well.
