Charged me double after i paid hotel.com for room
Paid for my room through hotels.com. At Check-in I was asked for a credit card for incidentals And gave them my credit card only to find out. I was charged again from my room. A 44 dollar fee after I just paid almost 70 dollars for my room through hotels.com i haven't trying to get in such a hotel for 2 days to fix this charger but no one will answer the phone or email me back

Disappointing
Very disappointed from last time we stayed here, had to keep going back to the desk, first room was locked from the inside and supposedly no one was in there. Second room hadn’t been cleaned. Finally 3rd room was okay. Restaurant that was in the same parking lot has also gone out of business & we’d always relied on it for food.

Reception unwelcoming, Room nice…
It was a quick overnight stay, as I was just trying to catch up on sleep traveling across the state. However, I hadn’t stayed at a hotel for a while and I didn’t appreciate the unpleasant check in experience. He couldn’t find my reservation from this app and thought I was at the wrong hotel. After he found it, I had some legitimate questions about toiletries (because I forgot to pack some) and other inquiries. He was like “haven’t you ever stayed at a hotel before?” I found it kind of rude and not friendly, regardless of my experience I should have been received warmly. Room turned out to be good, I especially liked the indoor and outdoor access features.

Serviceable no-frills stay
Good for a one-night stay, clean and well-kept with few frills. Breakfast was serviceable with cereal, oatmeal, and pancakes with hard-boiled eggs and yogurt. Milk was in a 1-gallon jug instead of individual containers. Room was clean but could use some rugs to cover up the tile floors. Even though the hotel was next to the freeway it was quiet.

Disappointed.
I DID NOT STAY THERE. I made the reservation, but once I arrived, I was I was informed by staff they did NOT have a room for me because I had a dog WHICH I HAD noted when making the reservation. It was very inconvenient, and I emailed hotel.com last night to let them know the reservation was useless since they had not room for me.

Walked into lobby, there is some kind of smell to the place, it reeks. Since I can't get a refund I just had to check in. The room was ok after getting use to the smell. My heater/cooler had broken louvers and the air was just blowing into the drapes. Room was pretty much clean. The person checking me in had an accent that I couldn't understand. By hand jestures he directed me towards my room. The continental breakfast was not to my liking so I just got a cup of coffee. My vehicle was sprayed with the lawn sprinklers. Not a pleasant experience. I probably will not stay there again.

The owners were friendly and helpful. $20 pet fee per pet! The room was nicely remodeled and spacious enough for a queen bed and an easy chair. There was a minifridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. It was mostly clean except the corners need sweeping. There was a hair tie on the floor in one corner. The towels were very nice for a budget motel. I had an outdoor access room with parking right by the door. There was no gap in the door as some reviewers have mentioned. The drapes kept the light out. It was smoky from wildfires outside and I could not use the A/C as it sucked the smoke in. There was plenty of clean grassy area to walk the dog. There were no creeps hanging around, it felt safe. The continental breakfast was cereal or waffles. There were no grab & go options like muffins, yogurt, or pastries.
