Perfect stay
This hotel is awesome. Everything seems brand new. Comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom, spacious rooms. Hotel staff is so friendly. Love the restaurant choices on the property. Location is perfect across from a chair lift.

GREAT HOTEL! BEST IN BRECK!
Truly enjoyed my experience. The staff are incredible, the hotel is beautiful and they really put thought and care into the design. I loved the speak easy bar which a lot of people dont know about. The restaurants are great as well and food and cocktails were amazing. Its a short walk to peak 9 chair lift but also to the main village road. I will definitely be back!

Great area, needs more elevators and staff
This hotel is in a GREAT location and is family-friendly. The only downside is that there is only one elevator, and if you are on floors 8-10, then you have to take two elevators, and the wait can be up to 10 minutes. The restaurant was short-staffed, and the wait was longer than expected.

Not curio collection standard but good
The hotel placed in our reservation notes for our 2 booked rooms to be by each other. I called the day before and the assigned rooms were right next door to each other. The day of check in they were on complete opposites of a very large hotel. Also, If you book, demand floor 1 to 6. Otherwise on either tower you have to take an additional elevator to get to your room. There is 1 elevator on each side so be prepared to wait.... and wait. It was very annoying. Those hotel is good, it's not curio level I'm used to in travel to be honest

It's a very nice, newly renovated property- Hilton, by Curio. The food in the restaurant was delicious, with tasty and 'some' healthy substitutions, but a bit overpriced for the portion size at times. The staff was courteous, cheerful, and attentive to include the valets and Bells. There is an issue when it comes to pre-purchasing the 'breakfast option' through Hotels.com, or other 3rd party websites. I had to request the assistance of a manager to resolve confusion on this issue. The first manager I spoke with on this 'charge' issue was not helpful. The 2nd manager who assisted me was very helpful. This 'breakfast charge' is an issue for the hotel, as many other hotel guests I spoke with were in similar situations, and the hotel staff was either confused and/or not fully aware of the $$ amounts Hilton negotiated with 3rd party hotel booking sites for breakfast, as the amount paid varied, as mentioned to me by other guests. Parking: only one option- valet- which is 55 dollars per night- very high, unless you want to park 1/4-1/2 mile away and walk to the hotel, which is slightly uphill. Note: The hotel's resort fee of $45 per night resort fee is added after checkout. The Apres ski was a disappointment- only hot apple cider was made available & when they ran out, it was not refilled- even after requesting to the desk staff to refill. Hot cocoa, cookies or other afternoon snacks typically provided at hotels of this calibre, were only provided for an added fee.

Elevator was awkward, needed to switch elevators on 7th floor after a long walk; my loose change was picked up by maid service. Food service was excellent, but expensive...$25 breakfast.

Mostly good
Our stay was mostly positive. Front desk staff was pleasant but there seemed to be some gaps in service elsewhere. Bell staff was often confused and our luggage was misplaced for a short time. Car valet pulled our car up fully covered in snow with no attempt to clean windows. Ski valet couldn't readily find skis and we had to wait much longer than anticipated until they were tracked down. Ask for a lower floor when booking or checking in. There is an elevator transfer floor in both towers and it is a real pain to be above the transfer floor.
