We enjoyed our 6 nights at the Westbourne. All members of the staff were courteous and helpful. It was the perfect location connect to Heathrow Airport, Cambridge, and Oxford and to explore Hyde Park. It was about a 30 min tube ride to all the other sights in London. We had no complaints!

Loved the property. Location was great and easily walkable to Paddington station. London can be a very busy city and the hotel felt like an oasis in the middle of all the activity. The Westbourne is a great place to stay in a quiet area near Hyde Park. The rooms have a basic kitchen - microwave, small fridge. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Our only issue was that the air conditioning quit working in the middle of the night, so the room got warm, but when we reported it the next morning, it was quickly fixed. The rates are decent for the area and there is plenty to do nearby as well as Paddington being less than 10 minutes away to get all around. There is no restaurant, but a small bar for an evening drink (at much better prices than a lot of the bars in the vicinity). We will definitely stay again when we plan a short stay in London.
