Hotel is new but room is small. Location is next to the arena which is scheduled to complete in 2025. Nearby shopping mall, Carrefour, huge super market and its gas station. Also 15 min walk to Science and Art museum. Hotel has paid parking we choose to use for the hassle looking for free parking outside. The parking lot is good size, not those tiny one built 70 years in downtown. Housekeeping clean our room daily not those every other day clean hotels. Very happy to stay in this new developed area in Valencia.

3 day trip to enjoy New Years Eve. Hotel rooms although not large are very clean and well equipped with great TV and a super Bathroom and shower. King size bed was also very comfortable. Well positioned for all sightseeing and the parking for car was very helpful. Would recommend.

New hotel on first floor of Condo building. Property is relatively new, so rooms are clean, white and have new furniture. Kudos for the mattresses they are king size and very comfortable. Please note some rooms overlook an internal patio, so no views or natural light. Front desk employees are very nice and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Victoria that helped me on several needs I had during my stay, always with a smile and great attitude. Hotel Area, Cuatro Carrers is relatively new, 10 minutes away from Saler Shopping Center and La Ciudad de las ciencias. Hotel has an Asian fusion restaurant downstairs that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, but there are no other restaurants, bars or Spanish food options nearby unless you walk to the mall or change to a different area. Overall a good experience in a small hotel with comfortable beds, good employees but a bit off the beaten path.

Overall good hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is good near a tram stop to get to the old center and 20mn walk from turia park and city of science. The room was quite small however and the internet was pretty terrible, sometimes fast and sometimes just not working. With average connection in roaming in the room I would not recommend it for remote work.

Nice hotel with excellent staff
We have enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. We were extremely satisfied, especially with the attitude of the hotel staff and also with the very friendly and helpful staff in the hotel restaurant. The room was smaller but sufficient with new equipment. The only drawback may be insufficient storage space during a longer stay. The main asset of the hotel is definitely its staff.

Chambre et salle de bain assez grandes et très propres. Climatisation parfaite. Petits bémols: la télévision ne fonctionnait bien et il n'y a pas de prise pour une voiture éléctrique dans le garage, ( même en payant 20 Euros par jour ). La douche pourrait être un peu plus puissante. Pas de mouchoirs dans la salle de bain.

Muy improbable que vuelva
Durante toda la tarde estuve llamando para avisar que llegaría casi a medianoche, porque en la confirmación de reserva pone que a las 20:00 se cerraba la recepción, y siempre saltaba el contestador. Llegué muy mosqueado al hotel por esta razón. Lo elegí por cercanía a una reunión, y las fotos no muestran la realidad. Si, se ve nuevo y limpio, pero.... La ducha no tragaba el agua, y se salió por todo el baño, parte de la habitación y llegó a salir por la puerta de la habitación. Era de madrugada y solo pude poner todas las toallas en el suelo para evitar resbalarme. La TV enorme, y la cama doble king size más enorme aún, para una habitación tamaño individual. Casi sin espacio para moverse. Las salidas de aíre acondicionado daban directamente en la cama, por lo que no podíamos tenerlo durante la noche sin pillar un resfriado.
