The gentleman that checked us in was lovely and we are very grateful for the help with getting us a reservation at the restaurant we wanted to try. The surrounding area felt safe but there’s almost nothing you can walk to (but that’s São Paulo in general). Not much vibe in the bar area but good drinks selection.

What an amazing hotel. Great staff, good location, and amazing pool/restaurant. Would def recommend to stay here if you’re in São Paulo. The architecture of the hotel is amazing (like the rest of SP).
