The staff (at least the 1 woman working at reception) said she couldn’t find our reservation, even though we gave her our confirmation number and code and showed her the multiple emails we had confirming this reservation. She kept telling us our reservation wasn’t there/wasn’t paid for. Only after we had booked a new place, she went to look through their emails and found out reservation. Our room was not properly cleaned, we found a light mer and half a used cigarette under the beds. Will not be coming back.
