Fantastic room with great decor including 2 relaxing chairs. Fab selection of both teas and coffees. The homemade shortbread biscuits were a much welcomed extra! I had an amazing night's sleep due to the super comfy bed and bedding. The room was also very quiet considering how central the property is. All the staff I met (Reception, Bar, Night Manager and Room Service) were friendly, professional and had a great sense of humour. The food was also very tasty! Would definitely recommend. Proper British Pub with Class!

Couldn’t fault the chamberlain hotel, we had 2 rooms - one roof terrace and one king and they were both very clean and spacious. Great addition having the roof terrace! The staff within the bar and restaurant definitely made this hotel and stay for us, so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The hotel was in an excellent location and area felt safe. The bed was very comfortable. The staff in the breakfast area and reception were delightful. Breakfast was alacarte and good quality and variety for vegetarians. Thank you Siri, Nikhil, Paula and Daniel The downside was that the hotel has a checkout of 11 am and any extra time costs 25 pounds an hour which is extortionate.

This was our first time in London. I made our reservations based on previous reviews, and I was not disappointed. The room was just as pictured. It was spotless had bottled water available in the refrigerator. The bar and restaurant were very nice. Service was great. In the morning, you have a nice breakfast menu as well as items normally available for a continental breakfast. Coffee machine makes several different types brewed fresh. We ate dinner at the restaurant a few times and the meals were delicious. The wait staff were very friendly and assisted with any requests. I highly recommend this hotel.
