The room was comfortable, clean and bright. The hotel is in a fab location for Camden market and all that area has to offer, as well as being close to the tube. The staff were all very friendly and helpful during our stay - we felt very welcome and safe. We arrived earlier than expected and the staff were great and stored our bags to allow us to go out and explore. Every part of the hotel we visited was clean and well looked after, it was like a home from home. We had gotten into a good routine of using the hotel as our base during our stay - our first time in London. Would recommend and would use again.

I choose this hotel every year because of the lock view rooms and proximity to everything that makes Camden so special. Sadly this is the second time I have been in the last 26 months and the refurbishment / building works are still being done which is so noisy. I will certainly be back again but will double check that the works are completed before I stay. The reception staff are lovely allowing a early check in and late check out and happy to store bags.
