It was lovely. We were greeted warmly and offered a discount car’s for a cocktail in the bar. My room was nicely kitted out and I had the best nights sleep I’ve had in a hotel.
The bar and restaurant were staffed with really good staff and my food and drinks were great. Top draw

As soon as you enter the hotel you are met with a very fresh and clean aroma which continues throughout. Very comforting.
The reception staff were very polite and friendly on arrival and throughout our stay.
The breakfast is quite expensive, especially following the addition of service charge, but worth it with high quality ingredients, well presented and a quite exceptional cold table.
Our room was comfortable with a very comfy bed and pillows and very clever bathroom configuration.
This impressive hotel is perfectly located being within easy walking distance to both the town centre, a stroll along the river or a walk in Richmond Park.
We would definitely recommend and return in the future

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is not a far walk from some good restaurants and is right across the street from a lovely park. I bit far from the train station but a doable walk. Would definitely stay again.
