Staff were so friendly and helpful, a really warm welcome by the two lovely ladies who were checking everyone in.
The room was spotless and smelled so clean. Bed and pillows were super comfy too

The staff were not very friendly. My name was entered incorrectly, so my check-in was under another guest’s name, and I had to wait a long time to fix it. Two staff members even argued in front of me while dealing with the issue, and they didn’t resolve it in a timely manner.

Good and clean hotel with breakfast & airconditioning. Good beds (even the extrabed), silent rooms and friendly service. Room was not that big for 3 people (normal standard DBTL room), but was big enough for sleeping (as we were circling around London daytime). Breakfast was better that I expected, but during the park times you had to wait some stuff (go to the breakfast early enough to avoid rush).

The morning after I arrived, I was covered in bug bites. I am not saying there were bedbugs, I am just documenting that I had several bug bites on m y arms, back and legs after the first night.
I did speak to the person at the reception desk. I asked for the bed linens to be changed and the reason why.

Had a bad experience here, locked out of room after returning late from a concert, had trouble with reception finding reservation even though we had been checked in 9 hours prior. Breakfast was soo busy and the availability of food was poor
