A very nice stay att the Courthouse hotel! The location is perfect if you want to walk straight out in to shopping, eating and entertainment. The staff were super friendly and very welcoming. As many before us have described, the hotel and the rooms could use a touch up. Although we had a really tidy and comfortable room, we had some trouble getting the water temperature to a useable degree at first.
Unfortunately they have rats in the hotel, we noticed one on the top floor... The staff didn't seem surprised when we informed them..

Could be a great hotel but too many staff standing around looking important but doing nothing. Room was clean, quiet and well appointed. Bed was really comfortable and large.
Do not use the roof bar, appalling, especially the food which seemed to be bought from a local fast food outlet.

Central location which was ideal, great service overall, room was spacious and well presented. Pillows were not very supportive, needed 3 to give enough height. Would return!

Overall a nice stay. There was an eighteenth birthday party in the main bar with loud music which could be heard from our room on the first floor. Not good. The staff were efficient but on checkout when my wife stated we found the hotel interesting especially regarding the history etc which is part of the hotels appeal. The staff appeared bemused and couldn't understand what was meant, maybe a bit of education regarding the hotels history would make for better small talk.

The venue is very well located for Carnaby street and the room was nice. WiFi in the room non existent, the member of staff said it worked for him but seems not to work on Apple devices. I visited the sky bar but the staff member was so engrossed in her phone on a side room that she didn’t even acknowledge me so I left again. Fitness centre is something of an exaggeration. Average place for a high end cost.

Loved our stay in this beautiful hotel! We received an upgrade on our room, as we are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. It was a fantastic room and very spacious. The staff, particularly the front of house team, were very helpful and did their best to accommodate us on our arrival. Love the history associated with the building and its close proximity to theatres/restaurants. Would definitely visit again!

Hotel was in perfect place for everything we had planned. Room was clean and comfortable and good standard. We enjoyed the history of the hotel and quirky bar rooms made from old cells. Roof top bar was disappointing, over priced and no atmosphere, feel its just another gimmick to make money.
