We stayed from 7/25 to 7/27. Hotel Island has well-mannered front desk and restaurant staff, eager to help and accommodate. They also provided helpful information (special thanks to Helene) on earlier email communications. Interior is a little dated, but comfortable. The only reservation I have is the moving in and out of the bath tub. Extra care must be exercised to avoid tripping over the high clearance. Breakfast and restaurant dining are both good with attentive servers.

Great stay overall. The continental breakfast was amazing. The hotel does not have a way to control the thermostat and so it did get quite warm in the room even with the little window open. Shout out to David for helping save our trip after our tour was canceled. Great recommendations for where to go and what to do. We’d stay here again and will recommend to others
