Clean, nice interiors, great shower and a bathtub. Every staff member very courteous.
Great location with walking distance to ahopping and monuments. Short distance to the tube that goes straight to Heathrow. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Quiet street at night. Good bed.

I loved watching guests and staff greet each other as old friends every morning at breakfasts - it's clear there are a LOT of regulars. Our room was so comfortable, layout was ideal for traveling with kids. Loved the views. Loved the service. Definitely a favorite hotel experience.
