10/10 Exceptional

Brilliant hotel in a very central area. Room was very good with good extra bed for child. Room service excellent. Only slight downside was the room was not ready until about 3.30pm which was not great as we had early plans that evening. But other than that, very happy with everything and would def go back.

The room was very comfortable. Only issue we found was there are no drawers or shelves to place items you don't hang up, example socks, sweater etc.
