Great place to stay!
It was really good. Staff were friendly and helpful. A great location and very quiet. The room was a decent size.

Narrow but perfectly fine, had suitcase built in rack + 2 drawers and wardrobe
Nice design to have the bed looking out the window when you wake in the morning. On the eighth floor is cool to look over the neighbourhood's rooftops.

They provide free snacks and drinks at night (around 8pm-11pm). There is an elevator at the back door of the hotel but most of the traveller did not know..and the hotel staff told me that they do not have elevator(??) Although the staffs are nice and willing to help moving the heavy luggage from ground floor to the lobby level, it is still nicer to know the existence of the elevator. The room is small and the hotel seemed to be old. The faucet is inconvenient to adjust the temperature of the water. There are not many hotel choices in sangenjaya, so The b seems to be a fair one.

The rooms are too small. I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned and turned yet. We had to go back down and ask for a new room. The rooms give you no where to set down a suitcase and open it. Suitcases had to be opened on the beds daily. Overpriced imo, there are better hotels near Shibuya which is only a short train ride away. They charge this rate because they’re the only hotel in the area. Pick an Airbnb it’s cheaper and you’ll have more room to live in a space when visiting.

The hotel was very conveniently located for our needs, the staff was great, many of them could speak a little English, which was very helpful. The rooms looked a little old, but it was clean. My biggest complaint are the stairs going up to the front desk. It is very steep, and this is the only way to get your luggage up there. Exiting the hotel with luggage is much easier as you can catch an elevator all the way down to a back exit only, where our taxi picked us up
