Can do better.
This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. Was a little disappointed this time. While all else remained unchanged, rooms are not as clean as before. Housekeeping didn’t clean our desk or change our used cups (with no water in it). Staff helpful, breakfast was good & location, convenient. Hope to see improvement next time.

My Wife and I had a wonderful stay, the staff was very helpful and quite welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and if we were in the mood for anything else, there were many options within walking distance. The hotel is located near many attractions around Tokyo and the fact that the hotel itself is a train station was a bonus. I highly recommend.

Great stay. Hotel staff were able to assist me in English, helping me with a quick check-in, directions for parking a vehicle nearby, and storing my luggage for a day after I checked out. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, Japanese and western choices. The room was efficiently spaced, great view of the harbor and very clean.

No bottled water provided. All TV channels were Japanese… rather disappointing. Location is great. Connected to mrt & Oval Garden Mall with everything inside. A good place to stay if u have a flight at HND airport. Easy bus & train access. Special shout out to Tan from front desk. He was very attentive & helpful during our stay.
