We checked in to a nice room. We found a leaflet that warned us to always use the safe, not answer the door, lock our suitcases etc etc. Ironically the safe didn't work and they couldn't fix it. So they moved us to a different room which was a lot smaller. Staff were nice enough but no adjustment/compensation offered.

This was a last minute booking, it is not close to the city but it is one train ride away! The rooms were clean, the fridges were stocked if you wanted to buy something at ease! The front seat manager was very accommodating for our last minute request! There is a great sized pool for the hotter days which was nice and a restaurant with great food options!
