Excellent stay, friendly welcoming staff, fantastic location & less than five mins walk to the underground. The breakfast exceeded expectations, freshly made omelets, a wide variety of pastries/continental as well as an excellent cooked breakfast selection. One added touch was the ‘kids station’ which changed daily, first day they had decorate your own cookies, next day they had kids waffles. Would use this hotel again.

The food was good. The staff were helpful. I don't like those super soft pillows so not the best night's sleep for me bu the wife loves them.
Room service was a let down. Got out food. But not out drinks. By the time our drinks had arrived we'd finished eating. Would have been nice to have it all at the same time.
