CC"s Hideaway is one of the best properties/resorts that I have ever stayed at. The view, the staff, and the food are phenomenal. I also loved the pool, the hotel shuttle, and how great the hotel room was! I WILL go back because I loved it so much!

Amazing host
Booked this hotel last minute as we decided to go to Phuket earlier than planned. Host was very nice and such an amazing reception. Hotel is not 5 star but service is 5 star.

Bad smell, water in room, good leisure activities
Unfortunately, may stay was not great. The room itself is very basic, beton floor. The room smelled like old water and mold and on the third day water was leaking from the ceiling. The team did nothing about it other than spraying room spray. They did not offer another room or any compensation for the inconvenience. You could also hear every sound from the neeigbouring rooms. Some of the staff speaks very poor english. That being said, the bed was comfortable, the massages and yoga classes were great and the hotel offers many activities and a free hourly shuttle to different beaches that you can order to pick you up via whatsapp.

Below average service…
The location is far from ideal, you’re really dependent on the shuttle service that only runs once every hour. The weight of my rating is around service, where I wanted to take with me a piece of fruit I grabbed at breakfast and my free water in the room. They wanted to charge me for both items, saying I cannot take a glass bottle because they have to return it and that I cannot eat fruit outside of breakfast hours for free. This was a first for me, despite traveling to other hotels all throughout Thailand. It’s less about the cost of buying these items on my own and more about the lack of empathy from people in the service industry.
For me to post a negative review means something since I’m not active with reviews :)

Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. De har ett program med aktiviteter varje vecka. Mest yoga, men också utflykter man kan signa upp sig på. Ligger avsides, men de har en shuttleservice som lämnar och hämtar på flera ställen. Rummet som jag hade var dock lyhört in till grannen.

Liker du og høre naboen prate og puste er dette plassen for deg ! Privat , nope !! En spinkel dør mellom rommene gir ikke noet privat liv ...dørren kunne like godt vært fjernet! Balkongen var heller ikke brukandes da det foregikk joga og andre økter rett utenfor balkongen , noen ganger lange pass ! Valgte hotel utifra beliggenheten , langt fra veier og støy ..men fikk lite ro ! Noe dem burde ha opplyst om , er denne treningen di driver med rett utenfor balkongen , og mangelen på stillhet.

booking in James reception arrogant aloof unhelpful....snide....he thought he was being clever when I asked for a room with a sea view as promised and kept me waiting 13 mins while he supposedly checked the room occupancy and then rudely told me no room available.....his manner was offensive to me and I will NEVER go there again

Yoga, stille, rolig og herlig hotel
Kjempefint hotel i Kata hills. Gratis shuttle til stranden hver dag når det passer deg. De har restaurant med veldig god mat, også om man er veganer.
Rett i nærheten av Big Buddha-statuen, og restauranten Santosa, som er veldig bra!
Herlig basseng, service og vi har hatt et herlig opphold.
Ps: siden hoteller ligger i Kata hills er man avhengig av shuttle eller taxi for å komme seg til strand og restaurant-gater.
Ps2: hotellet arrangerer utflukter hver dag, og har yogaklasser på taket hver morgen og kveld.

A very pleasant stay at cc hideaway hotel. It is at a quiet side of the island yet just mins away from keta beach. The hotel staff and yoga teachers are wonderful making our holiday a relaxing and memorable one. Highly recommended!

Nice rooms. Difficult to get anywhere else.
The hotel itself is great - lovely rooms with nice pool and activities available. The staff are friendly and the yoga instructors are good. Unfortunately the shuttle service is a mess, making it very hard to explore the local area. Taxis refuse to go there as well because of the hill. The food and drinks are considerably overpriced. We had a transfer to the bus station arranged after our stay and they took us to the wrong station (insisting it was the right one despite our protestations) which causes significant delays in getting to our next destination. If you want to stay at your hotel all day and just use the pool this is the place for you. If you want to explore or even just go out to eat it is not easy to do from here.

**THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO STAY IN PHUKET** I would 100% recommend CC's Hideaway to anyone! We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. The room and facilities were absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. I loved that CC's was tucked away in the hills - it felt more intimate and the views were incredible. It's also extremely close to the trailhead up to Big Bhudda. We hiked it twice during our stay! Even though it was farther away from the main attractions of Karon and Kata, they provide free shuttle service to a lot of different points in town. That was very convenient.
The very best part about CC's was the incredibly kind and helpful staff. We had a lot of unique travel accommodations that needed to be made, and they handled them with ease. I will not think twice about staying at CC's again when we come back to Phuket.

definitely won't visit again, not worth it
Hotel staff are not friendly at all. My family did not feel welcome. Inconvenient location as it's at the top of the hill - have to wait for the shuttle bus to get around. Check in was very slow as they made a copy of everything. Definitely not a 4 star accommodation - more like a 3 star hotel. Not worth the price and if you are looking for a hotel that is accessible, do not choose this one. Also the lighting in the room is very very very dark. Not enough places to put my stuff after i unpack. Table is very small, there is no couch.

Peace to sleep in Kata
CC's is a perfect place higher on a hill, away from all that hassle and noice whats closer to beach, you get a good night sleep there, relaxing environment. Shuttle transportation works ok, once per hour, until 11pm.
Hotel is in ok condition, little bit out dated but in tropics its part of the charm, compared the other similar 4 star hotels example in phi phi where i stayed, this was really good value compared to that. Staff is helpful in the hotel. Yoga classes are professional and i warmly recommend, i tried once and would go again definetly. Warmly recommended.

La piscine pas tres grande ni profonde est encombrée par des bouées, matelas et autres objets impossible de faire quelques brasses.Aucunes règles, des enfants et parents dont certaints alcolisés restent jusqu'à minuit dans
l'eau pour jouer et crier sans aucuns respect pour les gens qui veulent dormir. Aucunes personnes de l'hôtel n'osaient faire le gendarme. Au pétit dejeuner
j'ai fais remarquer que les petits feux sous les cloches étaient éteint et que le béconne étaient froid ce qui n'a pas plus à une employée. Le lendemain cette employée m'a agressée en me faisant remarquer que les feux étaient allumés.
J'ai compris pour qu'elle raison il y a des navettes de l'hôtel qui vous dépose à la plage et vient vous rechercher, il y a une montée avant d'arrivée à l'hôtel
digne d'un col du tour de France. le scooter 125 que j'avais loué était au bort de la rupture à chaque montée pour le retour à l'hôtel. J'ai monté 2 fois cette côte à pied ça èté un cauchemard. Pour la st valentin il y avait de la musique et des tables autour we la piscine, malheureusement personne nous a prévenu de cette soirée. C'était marqué à la reception en Anglais. Moi qui voyage dans le monde
Je peux vous dire que cet hôtel est à prendre pour une nuit. Je ne retournerais jamais dans cette hôtel CC's Hideaway
