Overall a great stay however the spa area did not have a water supply which was a problem. Otherwise the food and staff were great.

Overall the hotel was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cosy and comfortable.
If I had to say anything negative the spa looked a little tired and could use a re vamp.
However this would not stop us from returning for another stay
We were here for a wedding nearby so it was nice and convenient for that.It would be good next time to have more time to enjoy the hotel and its surroundings

The stay was wonderful, just needed to relax.
Please advise customer of other fees which they will need to pay. So if using this platform you will need to pay for the sauna and swimming pool and steam room it is not included. Also advise customers they will need to pay a £50 holding fee, which you are told you get back.

The hotel is situated in a lovely location. The room was clean and tidy and the hotel was very presentable. The staff were helpful and friendly particularly a staff member called Ian who is an assist to their team.

Handily placed but spacious outdoor area and good parking. Very efficient air conditioning only requiring guests to use it fairly i e as if they were paying for it in their own home.
