Great hotel and fabulous facilities as expected, although pool area was a little tired. Check in staff were ok but it was late at night and they weren’t that helpful and struggled to understand a few things we asked. Was disappointed that the classic room I booked had absolutely no view of anything other than a brick wall. I was offered an upgrade by email the day before but on arrival the hotel was apparently fully booked. As an IHG member I expected better service.

The Intercontinental Grand Stanford never disappoints. The bed is always super comfortable that you don't want to get up to check out the next day. The air conditioning makes things even more agreeable and it is quiet and clean with great amenities and service. The price was moderate for the time of year as well.
