We are well travelled but the staff at this hotel are amongst the best we have ever come across. They were so welcoming, friendly and helpful upon our arrival and this continued throughout our stay. The staff were lovely and really helpful. It’s a 3 star hotel. Quite basic but fully functional, clean, everything you need if you need a bed, a shower and a hairdryer. My room had some minor wear and tear and the toilet took a long time to fill and wasn’t the quietest but I have no complaints.

Check in was quick and easy. Had a family room, a little squishes but perfectly manageable. Clean on the whole but there was a hair left in the shower and carpet looked like it needed a good clean. Had a nice view of the water. Great location, a few minutes walk from Media City / The Lowry. Breakfast was great, all free, loads of choice including a take away option.
