Noisy and needs renos but lovely hosts.
This place is conveniently located close to local buses, the tube and M1. It is located on an extremely noisy corner. For non-Londoners, you cannot pay with cash to take the bus and need to get a bus pass or Oyster card from merchant down the street which is about a 10 to 15 min walk away. It is located in the better half of a duplex which is greatly in need of repair. The first impression when you walk in is not favourable. The walls need repair, the carpeting and all flooring need replacing. Our room was clean and tidy, but the flooring is worn, the throws over the beds were threadbare and you do not want to open windows because of the exhaust from vehicles outside. There was a kitchen type chair at a built in desk and this was the only place to sit in the room. In the bathroom, you had to prime the toilet so that it would flush and the tub is very high, so not the easiest to get in and out of. In the mornings, you are served a full English breakfast, which is great. The hosts were kind and friendly and they do provide secure parking. This could be a convenient and comfortable place to stay if needed renovations were made.

Cheap but very comfortable and cheerful
Stayed here when we saw Stone Roses at Wembley. Run by Extremely nice Korean people. No frills but Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast lovely. One tip though, get an Oyster card for travel as you will need a train ( and possibly a bus) to get back to St Pancras and London centre. And the traveling can get expensive.

Close to train station, good full English breakfast made to order, next to busy highway so a bit noisy, nice restaurants within walking distance.

Good value, excellent service, but not for those w
...who value comfort too highly! The hotel is on a busy road (very busy, all night long) with very warm rooms and VERY hard beds, so sleeping wasn't easy for us, BUT the service is excellent, the breakfast is good and free, the rooms are clean and well equipped, and it is an excellent choice for a budget stay.

Worn exterior, but lovely staff and breakfast
This hotel is 45-60 minutes from London city center. Bus 82 goes to Victoria, and bus 113 goes to Oxford Circus. Both pass several tube stations en route, making it easy to transfer from bus to tube and speed up the journey. The lovely Filipino family that runs this hotel were so warm and helpful, and the English breakfast was fantastic (eggs, toast, beans, sausage, bacon, and cereal/jam/cheese if desired). My son ate it like a champ! Being on a rather busy corner, it was a tad noisy at night. The location and time to travel to the city center, too, made it a bit inconvenient.

Good Value for London and a great location
Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and the room very clean. The whole hotel was very clean. The location is great for the bus into London or the tube. It is an older place on a busy street but that didn't bother us at all. For the price I think it was good value.

Ideal location for Wembley Arena
We Stayed here because it was the closest place we could find for the Coldplay gig at Wembley. Excellent value for money and parking available too which was a bonus! Transport links were good around a 20 minute walk to the nearest tube station and around 11-15 in an uber to get to Wembley. Would definitely stay here again if I happen to go to Wembley again.

Good stay
We had a good room. Bed was nice as well as bathrom. For the breakfast we had englisfh breakfaast and cerial. Overall we had a nice stay so if you are looking for a budget stay this is a great opption. The only minus for us was distance to center because we walk everywhere and it takes about 1,5 hour one way but with a bus it is ok i think.

Outstanding hotel staff
The hotel was on a corner of a busy street. This was more like a house converted to a hotel or like a bed and breakfast. You can tell it's an older facility but well kept. There are no a/c but fans. It was cool in the room so it didn't matter. The English breakfast was wonderful. The bus station was right across the street. But what's outstanding about this place are the staff. Friendly & very polite. They go way beyond their means just to satisfy their guests. I hope their boss recognize their efforts.

Fun Experience B&B Style
My kids and I stayed for a few days prior to the beginning of a business portion of the trip. I wanted to be relatively close to central London to sight see. I wanted my kids to have the opportunity to stay at a B&B which is really what the MB Hotel is. It is not fancy so dont expect that. The building is an older large house that has several rooms being used as a hotel. It is on the corner of two main roads and there is some noise from the streets but we were usually so tired from sightseeing we didn't care. The neighborhood is OK. We felt safe when walking about during the day. It has all of the basics for someone who needs a decent place to stay at a reasonable price considering you are in London. There is a large grocery store about 10 minutes walk from the MB. To get to Central London to see the sights we walked about 10 mins to the train station, caught a train to the first stop and got on the Tube for the rest of the journey each morning and evening. We had a great time and would stay there again. The breakfast was hot and delicious(full English breakfast served every morning). The room was not what we are accustomed to in the US as a motel/hotel room so don't expect that. It was clean and decent and that is what we were looking for. It was a fun experience. A sincere 'thank you' to the staff!

Surprised, but nice overall
It's not really a hotel; it's more a bead&Breakfast. It's a house in a residential neighborhood with a dozen rooms at most. The owners are friendly and the breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and well maintained. For the price, it was a real good value. I would go back there.

Good place to stay!!!!
We stayed for one night while travelling to London to see Ed Sheeran, we arrived 2 hours before we could check in, we asked if we could park our car on the car park and they was so welcoming and had no problem at all. The room was nice and clean and spacey with plenty of storage. We had breakfast which was lovely a full English. On the day we was travelling home we wanted to visit London City Centre and asked if it was possible to leave the car there, again not a problem. well worth the money and we would definitely stay again

Excellent staff
The staff are all very kind and prompt to address any needs you may have. The room's small but clean, can't beat the price in London. A bus right outside will take you two stops to the train, which is three stops from Kings Cross.

4/10 Fair

Super nice staff but horrible experience
Pro, Super nice staff, WIFI was nice, a really nice breakfast with egg to order, super cheap for London and all the apparent of being clean. Cons, Old and worn, far from city center and time consuming transportation, area is a bit less than desirably although acceptable and you have to leave the key with the staff when you go out ( which is a bit odd). If the whole experience stop here, it would had being a pretty good deal. Unfortunately, it was the worst stay we had in any hotel in a long while. Getting up in the first morning, we noticed some blood stain on the sheet. We went out and return found new bedding. The next morning again we found several blood stain spot on the sheet. This time I got curious and inspect the the bed. When I flip the pillows, I found a bed bug full of blood , and when I move the bed out, I found a couple more along the wall. At that point, it was to late for anything else but to ride it out for one more night. It hard to imagine that this a new problem as they replace the bedding completely in each of the three night we stayed. The worst part of all this is that we found a bed bug in our backpack on the Euro-star ride too Paris. We were concern with having that problem for the reminder of the trip because the bug had followed us. We end up having to soak everything in supper hot water ( including our luggage) and washed everything (included all the clothing we bought) in hot water before we bring them inside our home as precaution.

OK for us.
Our son and I stayed here for both the NFL games at Wembley due to it being cheap and a half hour trip by bus,our first stay was in a small double room and us both being over 6 foot tall the bed like the room was on the small side, but it was ok as we was not in the room very long. The second stay they gave us a family room with a double and a single bed which was better for us.Bear in mind it is a budget hotel and you will not go wrong.
