Lovely stay in this historic hotel. Excellent service, old marble interiors and well located for the Royal Albert Hall, V A and Natural History Museum. Rooms are a little dated but everything else was perfect for our stay.

Another wonderful stay!
Another wonderful stay at The Bentley. Beautifully decorated, quiet street close to parks, shops and restaurants all within walking distance and the staff always polite, professional and attentive. Such a delight to stay; a home from home, and I look forward to visiting again soon!

A grand experience!
I adored our stay at the Bentley. Such a grand old hotel with sumptuously comfortable rooms, attentive and professional staff and a delicious Afternoon Tea option.
I plan to make the Bentley my London base on future trips.

Beautiful old fashioned hotel in a great location
Beautifully decorated hotel; our room was lovely with nice furnishings and a view overlooking private gardens. The restaurant seemed a bit of an afterthought but not a big deal since there are plenty of dining options in the neighborhood. We stayed here just on our last night in London but will seriously think about staying longer on our next visit.

This property is conveniently located to the underground which is nice going to and from the airport. The staff was friendly and helped meet our every need.
A staff member will call to confirm your reservation before arrival which is nice. I was told we would be able to check in a little early,only to find that we could not. The hotel will hold your bags if you arrive prior to check in.
I thought the property was nice, however, there were stains on the carpet, a light switch didn't really work, and the furniture was a bit worn. The beds were comfortable and there was daily cleaning of the room. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend this hotel to those traveling to London, even though the price point is on the higher end.

Another great stay.
Service is great. They even called me the day before to check my arrival time to ensure my room was ready.
Room was comfortable and well maintained. Gym in the basement was being renovated, but the rest of the spa was looking great - especially the Turkish bath.
Out of all places I've stayed at in it's price range, I would say this is the best. If you aren't looking to spend an arm and a leg at something like The Milestone, you can get a similar experience here.

This was a lovely hotel to stay at. We chose this because it was convenient for the Royal Albert hall and surrounding areas. This stay was for my birthday and the hotel gave us complimentary macaroons and drinks which was a nice touch . Staff very helpful and friendly. Good that we could store our luggage before and after check in . Loved the jacuzzi bath!

Excellent experience but wifi needs to be upgraded
Excellent hotel, conveniently located, comfortable, clean, with very good service. The only downside is that the wifi is very poor which can be an issue if you need to download files or pictures for professional reasons.

Nice hotel very comfortable and pleasant with high ceilings it’s very quiet and we used the gym each morning, we stayed 2 nights but never had breakfast, however the Afternoon Tea was really nice and tasty.
We were upgraded from Queen to King room and it was spacious, we could not use the bath as the plug was leaking, fortunately we had a shower in the bathroom.

Not as nice as it first looks
At first glance very beautiful and friendly. Then you get a feel of the hotel that is in decline. And DEFINITELY don't do the restaurant for dinner. Breakfast is way overpriced. Didn't try T time. Overall, freindly staff. Just not all that professional for a 4star.

Hotel was lovely and staff great on check in and stay, service was hugely let down by the breakfast which was cold and inedible as been left in a hot box for to long (the heater the box had then gone off) waitress didn’t seem to care or know what to do. When we asked if there was fresh food we’re eventually bought 4 rashers of bacon despite sending away plates with a full English untouched. Had better breakfast in a Travel lodge. The manager very apologetic afterwards but doubt we will stay there again.
