Tiny room, strange smell coming from the bathroom, shower curtain too short and the whole bathroom floor gets wet after a shower, sink is so tiny I can't wash my face, no place to put toiletries, tiny tv is crooked on the tv mount, many tv channels not available, doors of all rooms slam shut very loudly when anyone uses them, no elevators and I have to walk 3 narrow and windy flights of stairs up to my room, noisy. No outlet near the bed so I can't charge phone near me as I sleep. Advertised as 3 stars but should at most be 2, more like 1 star hotel. Staff is friendly, cleaning crew does a great job. Location is good.

10 minutes walk from Kings Cross and Euston stations. 15 mins from Soho and Oxford Street and just a little further to Leicester Sq and the the theatre district. Pretty quiet given proximity to very busy areas, lots of cafés and restaurants in vicinity. Convenience stores nearby too. Very clean room, decent shower and comfortable beds. Stayed in a ground floor room and didn't hear any noise from above. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on food. Minimal interaction with staff as there wasn't any real need but they were all very pleasant. Would stay again quite happily. Priced a bit lower than similar accommodation which I think reflects the location. We walked most places and used the underground when necessary, there are a choice of underground stations within ten minutes walk of the hotel.
