Great location, room was clean, and had plenty of space. The window had been left open before I arrived and it was on the ground floor, but I was able to get it closed. The only thing I would caution is that my room had a small step down into it, and I tripped a couple of times, so maybe a caution sign would help! Bed was comfortable and the room had a kettle and tea/coffee which was nice. The bathroom was new and clean.

The hotel is really well located: Very near St. Pancras (train to Heathrow, international trains etc, as well as multiple tube lines). Clean and well kept and on a pleasant square. The single bedroom however, is perhaps the tiniest room I've ever seen, so bear that in mind. Nice real (openable) windows.

Our third visit to this lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating, lovely clean room with very comfy bed and pillows. We didn’t have breakfast as we had a late night but was lovely on a previous visit. Location excellent for Euston station, less than a 10 minute walk. Will definitely stay again and is our go to hotel when staying in London.

Tiny room, strange smell coming from the bathroom, shower curtain too short and the whole bathroom floor gets wet after a shower, sink is so tiny I can't wash my face, no place to put toiletries, tiny tv is crooked on the tv mount, many tv channels not available, doors of all rooms slam shut very loudly when anyone uses them, no elevators and I have to walk 3 narrow and windy flights of stairs up to my room, noisy. No outlet near the bed so I can't charge phone near me as I sleep. Advertised as 3 stars but should at most be 2, more like 1 star hotel. Staff is friendly, cleaning crew does a great job. Location is good.
