It was nice and warm all the time. Staff were friendly. Only one thing we found as an issue was that the milk in our room, the uht milk- it was off on the 17/11/2018 and we visited 23/11/2018. Overall service was very good

Absolutely dreadful hotel
Absolutely shocking hotel. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff.woken up many times in the night by a chime noise, to do with their door alarm. Several banging on the door by the chamber maid, even though the do NOT disturb sign was on show Told the wrong time for breakfast, even though it was included in the price. The worth service I had ever experience in my life. 0/10

Bad "absolutely terrible" experience.
We planned to stay there for 5 nights, me and my son, in a room with 2 single beds. When we arrived for check in I already had a bad feeling when I saw the hotel sign above the entrance was broken and obviously badly maintained. Already after the first night, after almost no sleep, I complained at the front desk about the condition of the room. I was promised it would be checked out. When we returned to the hotel in the evening nothing had been done. The only choice we had was to try to survive night number 2. Next morning I cancelled my booking after 2 horrible nights and we left. I was told at the lobby I had no chance for a refund for the remaining 3 nights. Here are the main reasons we had to leave: 1) The beds were so SQUEAKY that every time I turned around, or even moved my arm or foot, I woke up my son and vice versa. 2) Very small beds, my guess is 70x170+? cm. Our legs were sticking out of the bed when we stretched out. 3) The room was so small we could hardly find place for our hand luggage. 4) The “air condition” was a standalone box, the only thing it did was making a noise. 5) The curtains were dusty and filthy. Some positive thing: 1) The lobby is OK. 2) The breakfast and the breakfast room was fine and the staff there was nice. 3) The bathroom (extremely small) was clean and newly refurbished. Summary: This is absolutely one of my worst “hotel mistake” in Europe after more than 45 years of travelling.

Great location and great Breakfast
It was an overall a good choice in London. There are two underground stations very close that can take you to the main sites in London. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. They have many choices and the food was delicious. The room was small, but I think it is something you would expect it in London. The only issue was the elevator. It broke down when we arrived and our room was in the 4th floor. However, they had an employee that helped bring our luggage to our room. The room was right beside the elevator so we could hear it going up and down and you can tell it needed some WD-40. But overall, the hotel was good and practical. We were looking for a room with a great breakfast for our 3 kids. This hotel fit our needs.

Horrible experience
Really bad hotel. Got stuck in the elevator. I was there three days and it was out of order. The shower was not cleaned it had pubic hair. Bad maintenance. The rooms r old not updated. Carpet and room very musty. I asked hote.com to change the hotel they didnt. I will not use this portal again. Very disappointed .
