Cosy hotel with comfortable rooms & lovely beds. The shower took ages to get to the correct temperature but was super once it did. Plenty of clean towels, coffee & tea making facilities & a fridge, so pretty well equipped. Greeted by a really friendly reception staff. Try to avoid rooms by the lift as it chimes all night but otherwise was very comfortable & pleasant & in a great location.

The hotel is very close to Paddington station and Hyde Park. It’s a basic hotel, good for sleeping only. The room we had was for four people. We were a party of three adults and it was very cramped. It’s London so you can’t expect it to be quiet but our room was on the main road and so quite noisy all night, even with the window closed. Highlight plenty of towels and tea and coffee. Unexpected breakfast included. Very friendly breakfast staff not so friendly reception. They were on a robot mode of processing our check in. Don’t think we would stay again. Better hotels in the area for similar prices.

We enjoyed our stay here. We are a family of 5 and the room had 1 double and 3 twin beds which was perfect. The room and bathroom were tight, but I was just happy that it fit us all. The shower was complicated and after 3 of us plus housekeeping weren't able to figure it out, maintenance arrived quickly and showed us how to use it. It is a great location just a few blocks from Paddington Station which makes the whole city accessible. Just make sure you use the Praed Street exit from Paddington Station. We ended up going out the Bishop’s Bridge Road / Canalside exit which was a pain with luggage and the cobblestone paths and then had to make a detour around the construction at the hospital which ended up taking us about 30 minutes to get to the hotel. Using the Praed Street exit was only about 5-7 minutes. There was a standalone AC unit that kept the room cool. The breakfast was very nice and they were even accommodating with my son's request for hot chocolate.

The hotel was well kept, the 5 person room was perfect for our family with three kids, the air conditioning was wonderful, and the breakfast was tasty. The location near Hyde Park is wonderful for walking and exploring. I would definitely stay here again.

Very close to Paddington. Very safe neighborhood. Breakfast worked well for an easy meal to start the day. They also have luggage storage and friendly staff Easy to navigate from Heathrow Airport. The hotel could use some updating but it is in central London. I would stay again .

Great hotel near Paddington station

We stayed for a couple of night's and the hotel was excellent. We had a basement twin room, air conditioning. The free breakfast is also really good. The area is really nice close to Paddington Station. Plus Hyde Park is in walking distance.

Staff were lovely, breakfast was lovely. Room was small but had everything we needed, maybe the bathroom could do with a refurb. Only issue I had was the noise but it was good value for money and great location

Staff friendly and breakfast v pleasant. En-suite in 404 could do with some TLC. Similarly, fellow guests on 4th floor were so inconsiderate from 22:30 until 1am, I received no sleep during my stay. Hence, a little TLC on doors and notices reminding guests of typical curfews would be beneficial. Sadly, based on how loud corridors were with guests coming and going, I’ll unlikely return due to fear of not sleeping again.

Good staying

Small and reasonable hotel close to Paddington station. The mostly problem is that the Wifi is weak and intermittent, I had to give up attend remote meeting. The location is good, close to the station and Hyde Park, perfect, and the walk before breakfast was wonderful. The breakfast was better than I expected, the taste was good, and the staff's service was very good. Overall it was a good stay.
