The Queens Gate hotel is fabulous. From the moment we got to the hotel, the entrance doors were opened and our cases carried up the stairs. The doors were opened each time we left or entered the hotel. All of the plentiful staff were extremely helpful and professional. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean. The breakfast was also great quality and variety. It's also very conveniently located for Hyde Park, and only a short bus trip from the West End theatres. Probably the best hotel we've stayed in in London

A good 4 star hotel. We located for access to the city. Perfect for a visit to the BBC Proms. Hotel very clean and tidy Staff diligent as you would expect in a hotel of this category. Breakfast ideal and a good variety of fresh food, cooked or cold. A comfortable bed and room but with limited wardrobe space. Light switch digital systems a nuisance. Air con a bit noisy.

Beautiful hotel with extremely helpful staff, could not do enough to help us during our stay. Perfectly located for the Royal Albert Hall - about a 3minute stroll. Short walk to the tube. Definitely recommend to others and hope to stay again soon.
