An excellent hotel offering quiet comfort and luxury in Kensington. The room I shared with my daughter was very nicely furnished and had all we needed for an overnight stay including a beautiful bathroom with twin sinks and a great shower.

Comfortable bed good quality bed linen and all spotlessly clean. Air conditioning a real bonus. The meals I had were excellent and well presented. The hotel staff without exception

Very pleasant stay at this hotel. The concierge guys were excellent; very welcoming, and customer minded without being over the top or too pushy.
As we were staying just the 1 night I booked the smallest room, which was very small, but it had everything we needed, and the main thing was the bed, and the pillows, were comfy, and the a/c worked perfectly and I was able to dial in a good temperature for sleeping.
The hotel was literally a 5 minute walk to the Royal Albert Hall, and after our concert we had drinks in the hotel bar, which was pleasantly busy with other guests.
We are returning to London in March and we will definitely stay here again, although in a larger room this time!

This is a lovely, very clean and friendly hotel. I felt very safe as an older woman travelling with my daughter. Ideally located to get around London on foot. Very nice neighborhood. Can't say enough good things about our experience.
