Great location
Whilst the lake and the location of the hotel was picturesque we were very disappointed with the staff - some of the male staff were extremely rude and treated English speaking people (us) second class .... they couldn’t be bothered with us .... the hotel has a restaurant for dinner and whilst there is only 2 restaurants in the town you would expect in house guests to have priority - but no, each day we were turned down and told to drive someplace else. I was very disappointed by our treatment. There is also no air conditioning or fans so in the height of summer it is very hot in the rooms.

Perfect in every way
The setting is beautiful and tranquil, and this was one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed at. Our room had a gorgeous view of the lake, with a terrace; the breakfast was amazing; the restaurant offers great fine dining with local products; the room was so comfortable---everything was perfect. We stayed at this hotel for two nights. It was out of a fairy tale. Right on the lake. Beautiful view, clean, comfortable, updated room. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The lake is so quite - a perfect place to relax during a European vacation.

Best meal of our lives! in the fine dining room
this hotel was the biggest pleasure and surprise of our extend trip thru all of Austria. The location was perfect and you just can not beat the view. the very best meal we have ever had was from the fine dining room of this hotel. the staff,was extremely knowledgeable and went out of their way to please.I have never enjoyed a meal as much. the flavor,selection but above all the presentation of the food was amazing. I would love to go back!
