10/10 Exceptional

We stay at the Clarendon on a regular basis whilst visiting family in London. The staff are always friendly and professional, the rooms are fairly basic but always clean and tidy, and the beds are comfortable, which makes for a pleasant stay. The breakfast is excellent, plenty of choice, freshly cooked, and the staff are so hardworking and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Excellent location, and good transport links close by.

10/10 Exceptional

I was looking for an affordable, clean accommodation conveniently located for a conference at the O2, preferably at a place that had some character, and that is precisely what I got. The staff were great. Nearby pubs too.

6/10 Good

The staff were very welcoming and polite but the hotel was very dated in terms of decor - the wallpaper was coming away in the bedroom and also had stains on it, the bedroom we stayed in was very worn. Loved the location, Blackheath had a great feeling to it and was so close to Greenwich

Good choice for breakfast in a nice restaurant. Staff in reception and breakfast are so helpful every time. Room was a little tired however we did have our dog so understandable. Parking good so a great stop for London and great restaurants nearby. Thankyou

10/10 Exceptional

I have stayed at the Clarendon on many occasions. Even though some of the rooms look a bit dated, it adds to the character. Housekeeping ensure everything is so clean, and all the staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is great, with lots of choice, and the restaurant/kitchen staff are amazing, always have a smile, even when it’s busy.

Bar music was AI slop and all the menus are AI created. Breakfast was good English breakfast. Dinner was mediocre, better places around. Room was nice, hard to find and access but cozy. Had an fan which was great since no AC. Bathroom floor felt hollow and made loud sounds when walking. The drinks machine downstairs is very reasonable priced. Overall very enjoyable stay and only small issues. Staff was polite and nice.

Lovely location and hotel. Lack of aircon was a little difficult with the heat, but the fan helped.
