Nice place
Was in a great location, took me a couple minutes to find it because it was down an ally way, a couple flights of stairs which would be difficult if you had a big suit case but rooms were nice and clean and location was good

It was not to far from the train station which was good when you have luggage. The room was ok but there was no hot water until 9am in the morning

Casa Martini our comfortable casa for our stay
Located ideally just outside of the bustle of midtown Venice, but essentially still a part of it. Our host was a great help and source of information. He was very kind and helped to make our stay a comfortable experience. Would have enjoyed facilities to make tea/coffee, but all in all a very good stay ... to be recommended

Clean and convenient
Great place to fulfill the requirement of just spent the night and go out to live the city. Rooms are not isolated and they easily catch the outside noise. If you're not lucky as myself, noisy visitors from other rooms will give you a hard time sleeping. Still a good place for the price I paid.
