1st thing the hotel itself is very well located, near Notting Hill Gate tube station. We checked in late at night and the night front desk man was very friendly.

The room itself was tiny, not much furniture besides the bed itself, a small bedside table and clothes hangers. The room was clean but the furnitures are a little worn out.
The bed was ok but not up to good hotel standards. Does the job for a couple of nights.
The bathroom, albeit clean, reeked of pipe smells, and there's no real way to ventilate. Maybe the pipe would need some drain cleaning.
All in all we enjoyed our stay, especially because the room was at a very fair price (~55-60£), which is really good for London. I would have mais triple that
