The apartment was incredibly comfortable. The air, the wifi, the beds, all A quality!! The check in process was easy and the staff were super helpful. Rooms separate with a door which was great! Convenient to all shops and restaurants. You can catch a water taxi right outside the door! Beautiful.

Beautiful stay in Venice
We had a great stay at the Charming House iQs. Alexa was so welcoming and arranged a water taxi for us to reach the property and to get back to the airport at the conclusion of our trip. She had some maps ready to help us navigate the city and gave us a list of restaurants and other notable locations to see during our stay.

Amazing apartment on canal
Amazing apartment right on canal. Very clean and comfortable. Alexa and staff were very friendly and informative. In quiet section so not too much outside noise. But just by walking about 50 meters you reach open area with restaurants.

Becoming Venetian for a couple of days!
Alexa was very helpful and informative. Explained and made suggestions! We were able to leave our luggage after checking out tuntil we had to catch our ferry. All went well!

We staying at Charming House for only 1 night, but Alexa couldn't have been more kind and welcoming to us. She allowed us to drop all our luggage off with her hours before the apartment was ready so we could leave on a boat tour. She really took her time with us to give us some helpful tips on where to go in the area. We really appreciated this extra gesture. My family loved the apartment - it's right in the heart of Venice. You can look out a window and watch gondolas go by and people walking about. You can also close all the windows and shades and have some peace and quiet. The apartment was very clean and well kept. Lovely place and we hope to come back again for a longer stay!

Highly recommended- perfect location!
Spacious, private apartments in a beautiful setting right on the canal and close to everything you need in Venice. The pictures on their website are accurate. Alexa is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and takes you in like a family member to make your holiday as comfortable and unforgettable as possible. And most importantly, KLM lost our suitcases when we arrived in Venice and Alexa and Tania went above and beyond in getting them to our room including calling the airport, lost luggage and the delivery service, waiting on the phone line, and ensuring we got our bags, which we finally did. They kept us up to date the whole time via WhatsApp. We were able to relax and enjoy Venice while they took care of those needs. Would absolutely recommend and will absolute return.

El lugar está muy bonito y cómodo. Es amplio con dos recámaras y dos baños lo que facilita la convivencia de la familia. Como varios lugares en Venecia es un poco complicado llegar con maletas por tantas escaleras y puentes qué hay. Está muy bien ubicado para conocer varios lugares a pie.

An excellent choice for a family stay in Venice
We really enjoyed our stay at Charming House IQS. The location was perfect, within walking distance of just about everything worth seeing, and yet slightly out to the touristy hotel areas, such that we could enjoy a stroll to the local bakery, street markets, and restaurants. The suite itself was comfortable, clean, and well appointed for our stay, satisfactory to three children of diverse ages and interests. All in all, an excellent choice for any stay in Venice, of which I will avail upon my next visit.
