We received a warm welcome on arrival and all staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel is perfectly located. Room was well appointed & very clean. Although in a central location the room was very quiet and we had a good night's sleep

A warm and friendly greeting on arrival. The decor is a delight and very quirky. Great location - just a few steps from shops, bars and restaurants. The roof top bar was great, especially sitting in the hot tub on a cold night with a cocktail in hand. The room was comfortable as was the bed, great linen and fluffy towels. Breakfast was delicious and great service. All the staff we met were great. Very professional and friendly. Can’t wait to visit again soon.

Very small rooms. Bathroom floors dangerously slick in and around shower. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is a quiet spot in the in the middle of Soho. Excellent restaurants and theaters nearby.

6/10 Good

Good- nice staff, cool decor, very clean, nice room. Bad- room wasn’t ready, restaurant and bar had no staff, roof bar staff were late, roof bar closed early even though website said open until 24:00 was no staff at 23:40 and reception were rude, no prior warning building works were happening so woke us up in morning with banging and hammering, hot tub area not grouted and tiles falling off wall.

Great place. Very well located and roof top terrace is a great touch. The only reason I’ve rated 4 is we found it a bit dark. Both the corridors and the rooms. Think that’s the style, but maybe I’m just not stylish!

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet despite being in a vibrant part of town. Great AC (stayed during July). Front desk was very helpful with all of our questions, friendly, and professional. Would stay at this property again as highly recommend.

Cozy place with cool music inspired art work throughout the hotel. Very comfortable beds. Dark rooms. Delicious breakfasts in the restaurants. Staff helpful if slightly distant.

Hotel was good but not amazing. Not worth the price. We booked a room that said twin beds unfortunately once I confirmed with the hotel we needed twin beds they "upgraded" us to a suite. But this meant one of us had to sleep on a pull out sofa bed not really was you expect for £280 one night stay. Its a shame as the hotel was bookedd for my birthday. But didnt really feel special enough. The room also had a bath in the bedroom and if you were a couple rather than friends I think would have enjoyed the experience a lot more. I wouldnt stay again. Downstairs bar did nice cocktails thiugh very expensive. The atmosphere was good and it wasn't super loud meaning you could actually chat and catch up.

The staff was great. Rooms and the hotel are a little dated and the room was missing a hair dryer, but overall it was a great experience and the hotel was clean and tidy.

I enjoyed staying here, but mostly, I loved the location. Soho is a great part of London and this hotel is close to everything. I particularly loved the private rooftop bar area. Clean and comfortable with great services, I would come back here for sure on my next trip to London.

This is a fantastic hotel to base yourself for a weekend in Soho/Mayfair. The rooms are small, but are immaculately presented. The staff are all excellent and could not do enough to help. Food and drinks also excellent. We will definitely be staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay - albeit short - here - only one night. Check in was easy and the room was really nice and comfortable. We were visiting during one of the hottest times on record for London, so it was nice to have air conditioning to sleep in (we didn’t in the place we stayed the prior 4 nights outside of London). Since it was so hot, we didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop lounge - maybe next time.
