Bad- room wasn’t ready, restaurant and bar had no staff, roof bar staff were late, roof bar closed early even though website said open until 24:00 was no staff at 23:40 and reception were rude, no prior warning building works were happening so woke us up in morning with banging and hammering, hot tub area not grouted and tiles falling off wall.

We had a very enjoyable stay here. The rooms are very funky! And we were lucky enough to spend a sunny afternoon on the rooftop bar. Our room had a few small issues - cupboard door wouldn't shut, which hindered access to the bed. And a bathroom mirror light, that when switched on also switched on the bedroom lights - interesting when using it to illuminate your way to the bathroom at 3am!! But the front desk assured us these issues would be resolved for future guests.
