We were looking forward to our stay however there was a town water outage so there was no water. We were unable to stay and returned home. We have requested a REFUND from EXPEDIA and LITHGOW MOTOR INN of our payment but have heard nothing from either.

Found this motel to be a great place to stay at first I was worried about being close to highway but was very quiet. The new managers were extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help

The staff were helpful and kind. The beds were loveky and clean. The tea/coffee/snacks generous, but the room was cold, and the shower was mouldy and had rubbish from previous guest in it.

I had an aircon in my room which, when turned off was silent for 10 minutes & then come to life with a loud humming for 5 minutes. This continued throughout the whole night. To say im a little tired today is an under statement!

You could hear every sound from the managers above and other rooms
The other rooms were mostly occupied by tradies so when their alarms went off they woke everyone
The garbage wasn’t emptied or towels replaced
Toilet paper on arrival hadn’t been replaced with new roll roll from previous tenant still on holder

The only good thing was the good quality toilet paper. When we arrived we had a KFC box with contents in our fridge which also had spilt orange juice on inside of door. The bedside cupboards were dusty and one had a drawer handle missing. The bed was comfortable however the staff need to learn how to make a bed......very roughly executed. No glasses and the 2 mugs were dirty. We were overcharged and when I approached the manager about this I was told they would look into it. The next day I was told the same so I told the receptionist I wanted a refund of the overcharge put back on my credit card immediately as I had proof and the manager did also. She eventially did it. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!
