It sucks!!
It was horrible, old and dilapidated. The outside stairs were steep and rickety. You could move the handrail. The walkway once you got upstairs was leaning kinda sideways and seemed that it could collapse at any moment. Folks had chairs from their rooms pilled out onto the walkway. Some pretty sketchy lookin folks. The bathroom had molded and broken grouting around the tub. The shower head was messed up. There was an old used motel bottle of shampoo in the shower behind the soap and stuff. No way would I shower there. It was a no smoking room and there was a washcloth hanging over the smoke alarm. We would not have stayed except that it was very late when we arrived and it been a long day. I was happy the next morning to see that my car hadn’t been broken into. Run, don’t walk away from this place! Additionally the place was almost $200 for a night!!

Smelled aweful, felt super dirty!
Smelled aweful, could smell the guest next to us all night! Needed to store some medicine in fridge it was unplugged and when we opened it, it smelled as if something died in it! No parking for a truck and small trailer. Tried checking out early no one was at the front desk so we just left. Definitely won’t be staying here ever again! Seemed like we were an inconvenience! Was traveling for our anniversary. There was soda bottle was holding up the tv… maybe stayed for a few hours before deciding staying on our truck was a much cleaner experience.

Sketchy long term residents
Older motel with some sketchy looking folks hanging around. Room was fine for one nite but there are many hotels in Cedar City that compare in price.

Needs a stop and chose the property for cost. It is an older property but was impressed by well maintained it was. The room was spotless, the was very comfortable and shower water pressure was very good. When traveling on I-15 and if it time for a drive break and I’m close to the town I will definitely stay at this property again

I would not stay here
This place is falling apart, our kids were scared to stay there, we would have left and found something else if it wasn’t so late and everywhere else was booked.

All the rooms we were assigned have a strong smell of mold and dirty floors. The pillows were smelly and the bed have bedbugs. We couldn’t sleep through the night. Overall, we didn’t have a pleasant sleep.

Unfortunately I had no choice but to stay here. I was driving and got a flat tire and I was 4 hrs behind schedule and I didn’t make my 1st stop that was still 5hrs away. It was late at night and No vacancy anywhere else. I felt unsafe the building is old and walking on the balcony to get to our room was uneven it felt like it was about to fall. Ppl outside my room all night smoking and talking loud. Felt unsafe to be there with my kids. Didn’t realize it was a motel till we got there. Would not recommend.

Love the big room for families
We have stayed here multiple times. We love getting th big room with the 7 twin beds. It's great because my 4 boys and I all get our own bed and nobody complains about someone stealing the blankets or pushing them off the bed. It is also conveniently located close to a Smiths and several pizza and take out places. The room is clean and the front desk staff was very helpful.

The only reason we stayed was because that’s the only option left in Cedar City. Staff is ok. But many things in the room were old or broken. Faucets for sink and shower were both bad …I hope the hotel realize it’s time to upgrade or rebuild

The area was a little sketchy. Our room was supposed to be smoke free. But there were people outside smoking right next to our room so the cigarette and Marijuana smells would come right through our AC unit. Parking was a joke. People being loud really late at night. The shower was backed up the nozzles didn't work right to the shower. Really hard to turn on hot water. Ceiling was falling apart. The only good thing was needs were good
